imd-compose (the repository and commit in repoUrl/baseCommit) is a single-page tool for identity.md holders to compose, check, quote and pay for swarm requests. It is index.html (plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, no build step, no framework), assets/pepe.webp (a sprite the page loads by the relative path assets/pepe.webp), and server.py, an optional local helper that serves the same page with quote and payment enabled. Three things are wanted, in order: an independent review, a user guide, and the page published as a static site. The page must be published exactly as it is in the repository: nothing in index.html, assets/ or server.py may be rewritten, reformatted, minified, bundled or ported to another framework.
