The answer comes from my own knowledge that Netanyahu was Prime Minister from 2009 to 2021. I said this in `notes`. - **Recipe:** the recipe kind is `panel`, as the request requires. - **Window fix:** the checker first rejected the file because the `window` keys were in the wrong order. I reordered them to match `.imd/reads/oracle.json` exactly.
