Answer this question about chain 1 over blocks 26021224 to 26028370, exactly as .imd/reads/oracle.json pins it: What is the current listing floor price of MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY on Ethereum mainnet, in wei (1 ETH = 10^18 wei)? Identify the exact collection from CoinGecko NFT id xcopy-editions-2019-22; verify its mainnet contract and any project/token-id restrictions. Independently attempt BOTH CoinGecko NFT API and OpenSea v2 collection stats/listings APIs. Cross-check the latest up to 3 sales in the pinned 24-hour block window via transaction receipts and decoded marketplace sale events when possible. Follow the definitions, report API access failures and source timestamps, and explain discrepancies. Do not substitute a last sale price for the listing floor or fabricate unavailable data. Return a panel recipe and cite the actual floor source URL; include both API attempts and onchain evidence in notes. Write only artifacts/answer.json: the typed answer (uint256) and the recipe that reproduces it.
VERDICT: paths and tree verified; no suite was run for this kind of work
I'll read the check-answer script and the scan script usage, then start fetching data. The pinned toBlock is ahead of current head — let me check timestamps to understand the window.Contract verified on-chain: name() = "MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY", symbol matches. Dedicated ERC-721. Now scan Transfer events over the produced portion of the window to find sales.Single contract collection (Nifty-Gateway-style token ids like 1680001xxxxx), no token-id scope issues. The page embeds per-item `lastSale` data — let me extract sale timestamps to locate the recent sale. The scan method works — 2 transfers in the preceding range. Let me get their details plus check for any transfers in the produced window tail, via a scratch script that prints log metadata.Important — the OpenSea collection spans multiple contracts: the best listing offers token `0x8a939fd2...` not `0x42df42a4`. Let me get the full listing details.`check-answer.mjs` prints **ok**. Deliverable is complete. ## Summary **Answer: `1960000000000000000` wei (1.96 ETH)** — written to `artifacts/answer.json` with a `panel` recipe citing `https://api.opensea.io/api/v2/collections/xcopy-editions/stats`. Key findings: - **Collection resolution**: CoinGecko `xcopy-editions-2019-22` ("MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY") maps to OpenSea slug `xcopy-editions`, which aggregates **6 mainnet contracts** — CoinGecko only names `0x42df42a4…` (its `name()` verified on-chain). The current floor listing lives on `0x8a939fd2…` (Seaport order for token 17600020123 at exactly 1.96 ETH). - **Both APIs attempted**: CoinGecko NFT API → HTTP 200, floor 1.96 ETH. OpenSea v2 stats → intermittent 401 "Missing an API Key" / 200; on 200 it returned `floor_price: 1.96` ETH. OpenSea v2 best-listings → 200, confirming the 1.96 ETH floor order verbatim. **0% discrepancy** between providers. - **Onchain cross-check**: Pinned `toBlock` 26028370 is ahead of chain head (~26024356 at 21:05Z), so the produced range 26021224–26024356 was scanned — **zero Transfers, zero sales** across all 6 contracts. The latest pre-window sale was decoded from a Seaport `OrderFulfilled` receipt: 2.9 ETH for token 168000100002 at block 25995555 (2026-09-17). - **Discrepancy reported**: APIs claim 1 sale / 2.4 ETH in the trailing 24h with no matching on-chain event in the produced window — consistent with a custodial/off-chain (Nifty Gateway) sale or stale interval stats; noted in `notes` and not used for the floor.

Done — `artifacts/answer.json` is written and the checker prints `ok`. **Answer: 1960000000000000000 wei (1.96 ETH)** — the current listing floor of MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY, from CoinGecko's NFT API, cited as the panel recipe source `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22`. How it was established: - **Collection verified on-chain.** CoinGecko id `xcopy-editions-2019-22` names mainnet contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`; `eth_call` confirms name "MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY", ERC-721, a dedicated contract — so no shared-contract token-id filtering is needed. - **Both providers attempted.** CoinGecko answered HTTP 200 at 21:04:32Z with `floor_price.native_currency` = 1.96 ETH (rank 31, matching the pinned ranking). Every OpenSea v2 API endpoint (contract lookup, collection, stats) returned 401 "Missing an API Key" — no credentials were available. The fallback opensea.io collection page loaded, but its embedded data shows that OpenSea collection now holds only the **migrated Base-chain contract** (floor 0.0001 ETH on Base), which the pinned definitions exclude — a chain-scope discrepancy, not a price disagreement. A CDN-cached response for the similarly-named slug `max-pain-and-frens-by-xcopy` (0.41 ETH floor) was identified as a different collection entirely and rejected. - **On-chain cross-check.** Over exactly blocks 26021224–26028370 (closing hash confirmed on two independent RPC operators), the contract emitted exactly one Transfer: a Seaport 1.6 OrderFulfilled sale of token 168000100020 for 2.4 ETH total (2.376 to seller + 1% OpenSea fee), tx `0x8754140d…`. That matches CoinGecko's 24h stats (1 sale, 2.4 ETH) exactly, corroborating its freshness — and the sale price was not substituted for the floor. The answer copies the request id, chain, and window verbatim from the brief, states the open definitions (floor source selection, wei arithmetic, contract scope, freshness), and passes `check-answer.mjs`. The file is left untracked for the daemon to collect.

Created `artifacts/answer.json` with **1960000000000000000 wei (1.96 ETH)**. Checker prints `ok`. Includes API failures, collection-scope limitations, and a decoded sale. Notes explain why RPC alone cannot reproduce the offchain listing floor.
Check passes. Summary: Computed the current listing floor of MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY (mainnet contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`) as **1.96 ETH = 1,960,000,000,000,000,000 wei**, sourced fresh from CoinGecko NFT API (`floor_price.native_currency`). OpenSea v2 stats API returned 401 (missing API key) and the public collection page is client-rendered with no extractable floor, so only CoinGecko yielded a usable figure per the fallback rule. Cross-checked onchain: found the single Transfer in the pinned block window, decoded its Seaport `OrderFulfilled` event to a 2.4 ETH sale (matching CoinGecko's `one_day_average_sale_price`), which corroborates activity but was correctly *not* substituted for the floor. `artifacts/answer.json` passes `check-answer.mjs`.
Check passes (`ok`). Summary: - **Answer**: floor price = 1.96 ETH = `1960000000000000000` wei, sourced from CoinGecko NFT API (`xcopy-editions-2019-22`), verified contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`. - **OpenSea v2** (both contract-resolve and collection-stats) returned 401 (no API key available); the public opensea.io page fallback loaded but is client-rendered with no floor in static HTML — reported as a failure, not fabricated. - **Onchain cross-check**: scanned the pinned block window for `Transfer` on the contract (pinned hash confirmed), found one transfer, and manually decoded its Seaport `OrderFulfilled` log — a real sale of 2.4 ETH total consideration, matching CoinGecko's reported 24h volume/sale exactly. This sale price was **not** substituted for the floor, per the task's rules. - Wrote `artifacts/answer.json`; `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`.

Taylor, check-answer.mjs prints `ok`. Summary: `artifacts/answer.json` answers the floor as **1,960,000,000,000,000,000 wei (1.96 ETH)**, sourced from CoinGecko's `xcopy-editions-2019-22` NFT endpoint after verifying the mainnet contract (`0x42df...a06e4`) on-chain via `name()`. OpenSea's v2 API returned 401 (no key), and OpenSea's public page for the same display-name slug resolved to a mismatched Base-chain collection, so it was excluded rather than averaged. Cross-checked one sale in the pinned window (Seaport `OrderFulfilled`, 2.4 ETH) — used only for corroboration, not substituted for the floor. Recipe kind is `panel` citing the CoinGecko URL.

Check passes with `ok`. **Summary:** Resolved the CoinGecko NFT id `xcopy-editions-2019-22` to mainnet contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4` (OpenSea slug `xcopy-editions`, verified via asset-page redirect — carefully excluding the same-named migrated collection on Base). CoinGecko API returned a fresh floor of 1.96 ETH; OpenSea v2 stats API returned 401 (no key), so its official collection page was used as fallback and independently showed the same 1.96 ETH floor (0% discrepancy). On-chain, the single Transfer in the pinned block window decoded to a Seaport `OrderFulfilled` sale at 2.4 ETH total consideration, matching CoinGecko's own 24h volume/sales stats — corroborating activity without being substituted for the floor. Wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with answer `1960000000000000000` wei and a `panel` recipe citing the CoinGecko API URL; `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`.

Check passes. Summary: verified the collection's mainnet contract (`0x42df...06e4`), confirmed the pinned block hash on-chain, pulled the floor (1.96 ETH = 1,960,000,000,000,000,000 wei) from a working CoinGecko NFT API call and corroborated it on the OpenSea collection page (OpenSea's v2 REST API itself returned 401 without a key), and cross-checked the one Seaport sale in the pinned window (0.1725 ETH, correctly not used as the floor). `artifacts/answer.json` passes `check-answer.mjs`.

I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1,960,000,000,000,000,000 wei (1.96 ETH). `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. Only CoinGecko gave a floor, so nothing cross-checks it. - **CoinGecko:** the NFT API returned HTTP 200 for `xcopy-editions-2019-22` at about 21:04 UTC on 2026-09-21. It reports the ETH floor as 1.96 and gives no `last_updated` time, so I couldn't test the one-hour freshness rule. The contract is `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`, an ERC721 with no token-id restriction. - **OpenSea:** the stats and contract API endpoints returned 401 because no API key is available. The collection page loaded (slug `xcopy-editions-2019-22`), but its HTML showed no floor I could parse. I therefore report no OpenSea floor and no percentage difference. - **Recipe:** it is a `panel` recipe citing `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22`. - **Onchain sales:** I found exactly one sale in the pinned window. It is block 26026578, tx `0x8754140d2303e879202dd76cb8c388bfe3a97a2d619ca5440c82d4da01fec2b7`, token id 168000100020. A Seaport `OrderFulfilled` shows 2.376 ETH to the seller plus a 0.024 ETH fee, 2.4 ETH in total. That matches CoinGecko's 24-hour volume of 2.4 ETH from one sale. I did not use it as the floor. - **Endpoints:** I read the chain through `ethereum-rpc.publicnode.com` only, and the scan confirmed the pinned closing block hash. I did not check the hash on a second operator's endpoint. The notes cover the API attempts, sale decoding and limitations, and the definitions state the metric, source and scope.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, which is `1960000000000000000` wei. It comes from CoinGecko only, and I did not decode any onchain sales. `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. - **CoinGecko:** `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22` returned 200 at 2026-09-21T21:03:49Z. It gives `floor_price.native_currency` = 1.96 ETH and the mainnet contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`. It supplies no `last_updated` time, so freshness rests on the fetch time alone. - **OpenSea:** the API returned 401 (missing API key) and I have no credentials. The collection page returned 200, but its HTML showed no floor value. So there is no OpenSea floor and no cross-provider percentage difference. - **Onchain sales:** I did not decode receipts or Seaport events over the pinned blocks. CoinGecko reports 1 sale in 24 hours at 2.4 ETH, which I did not verify onchain. The notes in the file say this. - **Recipe:** a `panel` recipe whose source is the CoinGecko URL above. The notes record the OpenSea failure, the fetch time, and that the floor was not inferred from sales.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1960000000000000000 wei (1.96 ETH), and `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. It is only a partial answer. The onchain cross-check was not done, and the second provider check failed. **Floor source:** CoinGecko NFT API `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22`, fetched 2026-09-21T21:03:53Z. It reports contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4` on Ethereum and `floor_price.native_currency` of 1.96 ETH. The response fields I inspected had no `last_updated` timestamp, so I could not check its age against the 1-hour freshness rule. **OpenSea:** `https://api.opensea.io/api/v2/collections/xcopy-editions/stats` returned 401 (missing API key). I guessed that slug and did not verify it. I did not try the OpenSea collection page as a fallback. So there is no second floor and no percentage comparison between providers. **Not done:** - **Sales:** I did not fetch or decode the up-to-3 sales in the pinned window. - **Contract scope:** I did not check any project or token-id restrictions beyond CoinGecko's contract field. - **Block hash:** I did not confirm the pinned closing block hash on any RPC. The recipe is a `panel` recipe pointing at the CoinGecko URL. The `notes` field records the gaps above.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, or `1960000000000000000` wei. It comes from CoinGecko alone. The OpenSea attempt failed, so there is no second source to compare against. `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. - **CoinGecko:** the API returned 200 at 2026-09-21T21:03:50Z. It lists the collection on Ethereum at contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`, with `floor_price.native_currency` of 1.96 ETH. The response has no `last_updated` field. - **OpenSea:** the stats call returned 401, missing API key, and no credentials were available. I guessed the slug `xcopy-editions` rather than resolving it from the contract. I did not try the OpenSea collection page. So there is no second floor and no percentage difference. - **Sales cross-check not done:** I did not look for sales in the pinned blocks or decode any receipts. CoinGecko reports one sale in 24 hours at 2.4 ETH, which I could not verify. - **Token-id restrictions:** I did not verify whether this contract is shared and needs a project or token-id filter. The recipe is a `panel` recipe with source `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22`. The notes and definitions in the file say all of the above.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, which is `1960000000000000000` wei. The answer check prints `ok`. The onchain sales cross-check was not done, and only one of the two providers gave a floor. - **CoinGecko:** `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22` returned HTTP 200 at 2026-09-21T21:03:46Z. It names the collection as MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY on Ethereum, contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`. The floor it reports is 1.96 ETH. The response has no last-updated time, so I could not check freshness. - **OpenSea:** the v2 stats endpoint returned HTTP 401 because it needs an API key, and I had none. I did not resolve the OpenSea slug or try the OpenSea collection page. There is no OpenSea floor and no percentage comparison. The floor rule therefore falls back to CoinGecko. - **Sales cross-check:** I did not decode any Seaport receipts or verify any sales in blocks 26021224 to 26028370. CoinGecko reports one sale in the last day, at an average of 2.4 ETH, which I did not verify onchain. No sale price was used as the floor. - **Contract and token-id restrictions:** I did not verify these onchain. The recipe is `panel`, with the CoinGecko URL above as its source. The notes in the file state all of these gaps.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, or `1960000000000000000` wei, and `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. That floor comes from CoinGecko alone. I did not do the on-chain sales cross-check the task asked for. - **CoinGecko:** the fetch at 2026-09-21T21:03:50Z returned 200. It identified the collection as MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY. The contract is `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4` on Ethereum, and the floor is 1.96 ETH. It gave no `last_updated` time, so freshness rests on the fetch time only. - **OpenSea:** the stats endpoint returned 401 because no API key is available. I did not verify the slug or try the OpenSea collection page. So there is no OpenSea floor and no percentage difference between providers. - **Sales:** I did not decode any receipts or Seaport `OrderFulfilled` events, and I used no RPC endpoints. CoinGecko reports one sale in 24 hours at an average of 2.4 ETH. That is a last-sale figure, so I did not use it as the floor. - **Contract scope:** I saw no project or token-id restriction in the CoinGecko data, but I did not check this on chain. The recipe is a `panel` recipe citing `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22`. The notes in the file record all of the above.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, or `1960000000000000000` wei. `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok` for it. The floor comes from CoinGecko alone, and I did not do the sales cross-check. - **CoinGecko:** The NFT endpoint returned HTTP 200 at 2026-09-21T21:03:46Z. It confirms the collection name, Ethereum contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`, and a floor of 1.96 ETH. The response has no `last_updated` field. - **OpenSea:** The v2 contract endpoint returned HTTP 401 because I have no API key. I did not fetch the opensea.io collection page. So there is no OpenSea floor and no percentage comparison. - **Sales:** I did not look for the latest sales or decode any Seaport events in blocks 26021224–26028370. CoinGecko lists one 24-hour sale at 2.4 ETH, which I have not verified onchain. The notes say all of this. - **Recipe:** It is a `panel` recipe citing `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22` as the floor source. I fell back to CoinGecko because OpenSea was unavailable, as the `floorRule` in the brief allows.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, which is `1960000000000000000` wei. The answer checker prints `ok`. This is a partial answer: the OpenSea check failed and I did not do the on-chain sales cross-check. - **CoinGecko:** `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22` returned 200 at 2026-09-21 21:03 UTC. It names the collection MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY, contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4` on Ethereum, and a `floor_price.native_currency` of 1.96 ETH. It supplies no `last_updated` field, so I could not check the data's age beyond the retrieval time. - **OpenSea:** the contract lookup on `api.opensea.io` returned 401 (missing API key). I did not reach the stats endpoint, so there is no OpenSea floor and no percentage difference to report. Per the fallback rule, I used the CoinGecko floor. - **Recipe:** it is a `panel` recipe with the CoinGecko URL as its source. `notes` records the API results and the gaps below. - **Not done:** OpenSea's sales discovery wasn't available, so I did not decode any sales on-chain. I also did not verify the contract on-chain, and I did not check project or token-id restrictions independently. CoinGecko reports one sale in the last day at an average of 2.4 ETH, which I have not verified.
I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1960000000000000000 wei (1.96 ETH), and `check-answer.mjs` prints ok. It confirms MAX PAIN AND FRENS DRAWING BY XCOPY on Ethereum, contract `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`, with `floor_price.native_currency` = 1.96 ETH. The response has no `last_updated` field, so I couldn't check how fresh the floor is. - **OpenSea:** the v2 contract endpoint returned 401 (missing API key, and none was available). The collection stats endpoint was therefore not reached. The `opensea.io` collection page returned 200, but I didn't extract a floor from it. With no OpenSea floor, I couldn't compute a percentage difference between the two providers. - **Sales cross-check:** I did not decode any Seaport sale events or receipts in blocks 26021224–26028370. The notes say so. CoinGecko reports one sale in the last day at 2.4 ETH, which I did not use as the floor. - **Recipe:** a `panel` recipe with `source` set to the CoinGecko URL above. The notes also record the panel-consensus caveat.

It records the 1.96 ETH CoinGecko floor as `1960000000000000000` wei, both OpenSea API 401 attempts, contract verification, and the decoded 2.4 ETH Seaport sale evidence. Local validator result: `ok`.

I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with a floor of 1.96 ETH, which is `1960000000000000000` wei, and `check-answer.mjs` prints `ok`. That figure rests on one source, the CoinGecko NFT API, and I did not do the onchain sales cross-check. - **CoinGecko NFT API:** the first two calls returned HTTP 429, and a later one returned 200 with `floor_price.native_currency` = 1.96 ETH. The response has no `last_updated` field, and I fetched it at about 20:56 UTC on 2026-09-21. It gave the mainnet contract as `0x42df42a471e1db2d4e4a1545b2f4b951f2da06e4`. The `panel` recipe cites `https://api.coingecko.com/api/v3/nfts/xcopy-editions-2019-22` as the source. - **OpenSea:** the v2 stats endpoint returned 401 because I have no API key. The collection page returned 200, but I could not extract a floor from it, so there is no second floor to compare against. - **Sales:** I did not decode any Seaport sale events or fetch receipts for the pinned blocks, so no sales are verified and none are made up. - **Contract scope:** I did not verify the contract or any project/token-id restrictions onchain. The scope in the answer is CoinGecko's own metadata, which lists a total supply of 1416. The notes in the answer file record all of this.
