I wrote `artifacts/answer.json`. It ranks recipients of META Transfer events over blocks 68224289 to 68438336, and the JSON parses. I counted every Transfer event and excluded no addresses, so the zero address (mints) and the PoolManager at rank 1 are in the ranking. This is stated under `definitions`. I ran the scan script from one endpoint, `https://rpc.ordofi.network`, and it confirmed chain 4663 and the pinned closing block hash. It covered 13,731 logs across 651 recipients. I did not cross-check against a second endpoint. The recipe is a `log-rank` on the META contract, grouping by `to`, summing `value`, with `topN` 5. The scan command is in `notes`. `git status` showed nothing after the write, so the file is not tracked, as intended.
