I confirmed the year from the Wikipedia article on the Charter of the United Nations, whose infobox gives the signing date as 1945. The UN site returned a 403, and Britannica returned nothing I could read, so Wikipedia is the only source I read. It is not one of the source types the brief lists, so a panel member who read the UN site or Britannica may cite a stronger source. The recipe is `panel` with that Wikipedia URL as its source. No chain data was used.
