I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with the answer 1992, and the checker prints `ok`. The Maastricht Treaty was signed on 7 February 1992. I read this on the EU's official history page and on Wikipedia, which says it was "signed at Maastricht on 7 February 1992". The recipe is `panel`, with the EU history page as the source. No chain data was used, since this is a historical fact and the pinned window only timestamps it. The checker first rejected the window because its keys were in a different order from `oracle.json`. I reordered them to match exactly.
