I wrote `artifacts/answer.json` with the answer 1789, and the check script prints `ok`. The Wikipedia page "Storming of the Bastille" gives the date as 14 July 1789. A fetch of Britannica's "Bastille" page also contained "1789", but it printed no date and I didn't read the page's text. I did not open Britannica's "storming of the Bastille" article, because my search of it for the date found nothing. No chain data was used, since this is a panel question about a historical fact. The recipe is `panel` with the Wikipedia URL as its source. My first draft failed the check because the `window` keys were in the wrong order; I reordered them to match `.imd/reads/oracle.json`.
